There's an inch of dust on this blog. It's been quiet. Not that I'm busy or anything, it's just I don't quite know what to type..
So the finals have started. For practical I have one more subject left. Then it's off to written and oral. In conclusion all I can say that it's hard like..*tuuuut*!
Anyways, I just got a very interesting quote. You know how, in being a student, one of our daily routines is studying. Sometimes we study for hours, especially if we have an upcoming exam and all..
So let me ask you something, let's say you study for 2 hours..after 2 hours what do you get? Besides knowledge?? and a brain freeze..
As a Muslim, in everything we do, we must have a intention. The intention has also to be Lillahi taala. If you study for 2 hours, without any intentions then you just wasted 2 hours of your life..
Because at the end you just gain knowledge but no blessings or His redha. I mean if you study hours for an exam, without intention, then let's say you die before the exams. The hours are just wasted..death is assure, but going to the exam is not assured..
So make every second of life count. Everything we do should be lillah, even turning on the light or even sleeping. So that we are always in the state of ibadah and our blessing will be continuous...
This got me thinking..just how much time have I wasted?? I don't want to regret on the Last Day, in Surah al-Munafiqun, there's an ayah that talks about how the dwellers of Paradise are still in a state of regret..why?
Because there were some seconds in their lives where they didn't have the intention Lillahi taala..those are the dwellers of PARADISE!!
Me?? A servant whose sins are mountains high and whose blessings are never enough...May Allah have mercy on all of us..ameen..
