In the name of Allah,
It’s currently 4.50 am. Since Fajr prayer is now at 3.26 am, I have to find ways to not sleep after Fajr. So I guess blogging while sipping coffee is an option..
I wanna share a story..
One day a man went to the barber shop to get his hair cut. As he sat down on his chair the barber cutting his hair said,
“I don’t believe in God.”
“Why not? What makes you say that?” asked the man.
“Look outside, there are so many people homeless, sick, living in poverty and cruelty is all over the place. I believe that God is Most Merciful, and if He exists the world would not be like it is today. The world would be a much happier place.” said the barber.
The man just sat in silence, afraid in making a scene. After his hair cut was finished. The guy went out of the shop. That instant he saw a homeless guy with long hair that was all messy. He entered the shop and approached the barber..
“I don’t believe in barbers. I don’t believe they exist.” said the man.
“What?! I’m a barber, I exist!” yelled the barber.
“If barbers exist then why are there men out there with long unclean hair?” asked the man while pointing to the homeless guy outside.
“That’s because they don’t come to find barbers, doesn’t mean there aren’t any barbers around.” replied the barber.
“Exactly the same with God. He’s always around, it just depends on us to find Him or not. The main problem today is people don’t find Him, they don’t look for Him and His love.”
HAVE YOU FOUND HIM??
“Allah is closer to him (man) than (his) jugular vein.” (50:16)
