Assalamualaikum,
Here's a lil experience that I'd like to share with you...
My friend: "Excuse me, can you show us where the Senate Hall is?"
The person points upstairs.
Imagine you are a college student, 3rd year in Chemical Engineering to be precise. You are attending a career talk at the SENATE HALL, where it is like parliment, all chairs are in a big circle. They are showing a video on BASF and their achievements.
Then all of a sudden, a couple of secondary school girls enter. To make matters worst, they sit right in the MIDDLE of the room. You ignore them, then later you see that they are passing notes..making a lot of noise.
Then all of a sudden one of them gets up and goes to meet with this man. "Very odd.." you must be thinking. Then not long after that, while someone is talking up front..all these girls leave the room..making a lot of noise..
Ok, now picture this. You are a secondary school student. You are told to go to a CAREER talk. So you and some friends decide to go because one of your friends said that their dad is the one giving the talk.
First you get lost finding the SEANTE HALL. Then when you get there, you look left and rigt and see COLLEGE students everywhere..no secondary students in sight...
After that you are escorted to sit in the MIDDLE of the room, where EVERONE can see you..so you watch the video that is shown..not understanding what in the world it is about..
Then some lady comes and gives a talk on a company called BASF..what in the world? Then you get a note, all your friends are freaking out..saying 'This is the wrong place!"
So you pass a note to your buddy who said that her dad was suppose to give the talk. She replies, "I just remembered, that was yesterday!"
OK, now all of your friends are freaking out and making a lot of noise. Then your chemistry teacher comes in. So your buddy goes and meets with the teacher. Then later you get another note saying, "GET OUT!"
So you get up...and leave..feeling so embarrased....
Why?
1-You and your friends are the ONLY secondary school students there
2- You don't understand a single thing that they are discussing about
3-You had to sit in the MIDDLE of the room
4-You had to leave after like 20 minutes of passing notes and making noise..
So the moral is...I don't know..figure it out yourself....
This is based on a TRUE story..more like it is A TRUE story

I intended to go, but then ustaz said that it wasn't mandatory, so me and ainnur just loitered around the hall...
I can't imagine how I'd react if I were to be placed in your position... so, remember, next time: CHECK YOUR FACTS... :D
